Hey there. I’m Morgan.

My experience, interests, and talents are rooted in ideation, creative exploration, strategic thinking/planning, brand development, and systems/operational enhancement. I thrive in the messiness and when there's a problem to be solved. I have a knack for zeroing in on inefficiency and believe there's a solution for everything.

Over the past 17 years of my career, I’ve worn various hats—entrepreneur, business mentor, creative marketing director, regional store manager, interior designer, project manager, graphic designer, web designer, stylist, photographer.

My career has been quite the winding road and each of these roles has offered opportunities to experience many firsts, many successes, and probably twice as many failures. Each misstep has been a gift expanding my capacity for growth and innovation, and it’s given me the ability to share what all I’ve learned with others, just like you.

DISCOVERY

I deeply believe you can’t build a business that lights you up without really understanding yourself. I’m a huge advocate of self-exploration and part of what I offer in our partnership is helping guide you to decisions that are supportive for you. We’ll take time to learn more about your innate wiring, what energizes you, and how you can embody your natural gifts within both your business and in your daily life.

FLEXIBILITY

My desire is to meet you where you are while also being able to provide you with the support you’re seeking. I do not have a set curriculum or multi-step plan we follow because you, your business, and your needs are one of a kind. In my years of working with entrepreneurs, not one partnership has been the same. For this reason, I offer simple mentoring services that can be adjusted to your time and budget needs.

CLARITY

When we decide to start our own business, it’s easy to convince ourselves we have to figure it out all on our own. We can spend months or even years trying to learn new skills, work through the same challenge, or overcome the fear of starting. My ultimate goal for our time together is for you to gain more clarity, ease, and enjoyment in both your business and life so you feel empowered to keep creating.

  • A one-hour mentoring session to pick my brain and receive an outside perspective because sometimes we’re just too close to what’s going on in our business.

    Perfect if you: need to chat through some biz things with someone who isn’t your employee or your mom. :)

    Includes:

    • One 60-min mentoring session

    • Audio recording of our time together

    $150 / session

  • A two-hour deep dive to problem solve, develop a strategy, ask questions, brainstorm ideas, receive guidance, have a sounding board, and help you navigate your business with more ease and flow.

    Perfect if you: have an exciting idea and want to brainstorm and conceptualize how to bring it to life, are working through something challenging in your business and would feel supported by receiving guidance and a fresh perspective, or if you are simply interested in receiving some immediate relief.

    Includes:

    • Preliminary questionnaire

    • One two-hour mentoring session

    • Audio recording of our time together

    • Two weeks of email support following our session

    $475 / session

  • Personalized support and guidance for both you and your business. You can choose the number of sessions per month, depending on your specific needs.

    Perfect if you: work better when you have accountability and touch points along the way, gain momentum when you have another person to brainstorm with, sometimes feel lonely in your business and would love to connect with a fellow entrepreneur as you navigate the day-to-day of being a business owner, or thrive when you have someone to reflect back to you all of your strengths.

    Includes:

    • Up to two 90-min mentoring sessions per month (depending on package selection)

    • Email support in between sessions

    • Audio recording of our time together

    A few notes:

    • Packages are offered in 3-month increments and can be renewed as needed.

    • In order to provide dedicated support and attention to each client, there are limited spots available for monthly mentoring packages.

    $250 / month (one session per month)

    $450 / month (two sessions per month held bi-weekly)
